
……is a close knit community with shared interests in community safety through an active neighborhood watch alliance of residents, and a strong interest in improving and maintaining property values for all residences within the association boundaries of Chapel Hill and the surrounding community.
In October 2025 a newly elected Board of Directors was named, focused on retaining and valuing the many years of experience and indispensable knowledge of former board members and committee chairs in the Chapel Hill Community and the Homeowners Association, while introducing new members to the board.
All residents are invited and encouraged to actively voice their concerns and recommendations to the board, and to participate as respectful and courteous good neighbors to all residents with respect for the by-laws and covenants of the HOA and for governing City of Mobile and Mobile County laws and ordinances.
